One nerd, 12 Angry customers, 10,000 bloodthirsty Elves
97% of students play video games at least once a month.  If any of your students aren't turned on to theatre, this will be the switch.

With references spanning the Simpsons and Twilight to Shakespeare and Sherlock Holmes, GAM3RS abounds in highly relate-able and teachable moments.

THE EXPERIENCE

Picture
There are two versions of GAM3RS, the play:

The full length, 70-minute version and/or the condensed, 20-minute version.

Both are hilarious and either can be accompanied by:
-An after show talk-back (Q&A) with the class, assembly, or audience
-Your choice of WORKSHOPS, one of the most dynamic aspects of the GAM3RS experience.

The Workshops

Designed to make a huge difference for students in the areas of life that really matter to
them, these sessions, usually lasting 1-2 hours, can be customized to fit a specific field of
study or student group.

Available Workshops:
- Playing a big game in life
- Breaking out of labels
- Creating a solo performance
- Beginning acting
- Advanced acting
- Writing for stage, screen or other media
- The psychology, benefits, and drawbacks of gaming
- Comedic timing in stand-up and performance
- Writing and acting as a business

An Easy Production

For all its complex humor and plot, the show can be performed very simply in a black-box space or expansively in a large proscenium house.
